Posters will be categorised by topic and poster presenters will be expected to stand by your poster for moderation at the following times:

Posters Instructions

If you are a presenting a poster, please ensure that you poster is erected on the board corresponding to your allocated poster number by 14:00 on Monday 19 June 2017.  Materials to fix your poster in its allotted space will be provided; do not use pins or double sided tape.

Space available for your poster will be 946mm wide x 2340mm height (portrait format) - the display should not exceed these dimensions.

The text of the poster should be concise and easily read at a distance of 2 metres. Diagrams should be simple and we recommend lettering of 6mm high or greater. A brief statement of the aims of the research and its results should be included in a prominent position.


Presenters are responsible for the removal for their posters between the times of 15:45 and 16:45 on Wednesday 21 June 2017.

Posters not removed by the specified time will be removed and discarded by conference staff.  UK Kidney Week 2017 cannot accept liability for lost or damaged posters. UK Kidney Week 2017 will not mail posters to authors after the meeting.
